Reprint, Refund, Return Policy

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION about REPRINTS, REFUNDS, and RETURNS ***

IndieClothWorx offers unique products that are fullfilled via the print-on-demand business model. This means that all products are produced only once an order has been placed. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free reprint or a refund may be issued if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. 

Please submit the following information to support@marieparrish.com

  • Your order number
  • Written description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the issue should clearly show the problem

Requests for reprint or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


REASONS FOR REPRINT OR REFUND:

You received the wrong item

You received a damaged/faulty item

  • Quality is our top priority. If you receive damaged or faulty merchandise, you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to support@marieparrish.com stating your order number, written description, and a photo of the faulty or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
  • PLEASE NOTE: While great care is taken when hand making your product, there may be a slight variation to the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Reprint/Refunds are not provided for minor variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS DUE TO ISSUE STATED ABOVE
